StageMaestro is made by Blue Griffin Recording, Inc. This page explains what the app collects and why. In short: we collect as little as we can, and your plans stay with you.
What stays on your device
Your plans, saved copies and mic locker are stored only in your browser, on your device. We never receive them, unless you choose to attach a plan to feedback you send us. When you send a plan, the whole plan travels inside the link or file you send; it isn't uploaded to us or anyone else.
What we collect
- Your email address, and your name and role if you give them, when you ask for an invitation, and when you first sign in with it.
- Feedback you send from the app, with your email if you give it, the name of the plan you had open and your browser type. If you tick the box, the plan itself is attached so we can see what you see.
- Usage counts: when you open the app, and how many times you suggest mics, add a set for a concert, send a plan, create a request or print. We don't record what's in your plans.
- A random device code created by the app, so we can tell visits from the same device apart. It contains nothing about you.
- Your device type (for example iPad or Mac) and country, worked out from your connection.
If you open StageMaestro from a link someone sent you, you don't need to sign in, and we only record the device code, the usage counts, the device type and the country.
Why
To understand who is using StageMaestro and how, so we can make it better, and to contact you about the app if needed. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking, and we never sell or share your information.
Where it's kept
On Cloudflare, which hosts the app. Invitation and feedback emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your connection's address when they load.
Your choices
To see, change or delete what we have about you, email sergei@stagemaestro.app. Clearing your browser's data for stagemaestro.app removes everything stored on your device, including your plans, so send yourself copies first.
